Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission released the results of the selection of Typical
Employment Work Cases for College Graduates in 2025. Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University
had three employment work cases successfully selected.

The three selected cases include: “Targeted Empowerment and Precision Placement: Achieving High-Quality
Employment through the ‘Trinity Education’ Model” from the School of Intelligent Manufacturing; “Weaving
a Dense Employment Service Network and Building a Talent Placement Bridge” from the University Employment
Office; and “Strengthening Responsibility through ‘Three Focuses and Three Enhancements’: Precise Measures
to Break Employment Bottlenecks” by Chen Jianlan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of the School of Food
and Pharmacy.
From multiple perspectives—such as innovation in talent cultivation models, the construction of comprehensive
employment service systems, and the implementation of employment responsibilities at the grassroots level
—these cases vividly demonstrate the University’s practical approach to integrating employment work
throughout the entire process of talent development and advancing it in a holistic and full-chain manner.
