On September 11, 2025, the School of Art held a school-enterprise cooperation negotiation meeting with Haimati Photography Co., Ltd. The attendees included Fu Rongfeng, the vice dean of teaching at the school, Liu Lei, the director of the Digital Media Art major, and Xu Xiancheng, the school-enterprise cooperation manager of Haimati Photography Co., Ltd. Both sides had in-depth exchanges on topics such as talent cultivation, internships and practical training, and course construction.

At the meeting, representatives from Haima Enterprise elaborated on the employment demands and recruitment models for positions such as makeup artists and photographers, emphasizing that the industry is currently in a golden recruitment period. The company is more inclined to cultivate professional talents who can stay with the company for a long time rather than just for short-term internships. Future collaboration will focus on two related fields: digital media art and character image design. Explore a new model of talent cultivation based on job requirements.
The two parties also discussed the feasibility of setting up a marine biology business point on campus and introducing real case teaching from enterprises. The enterprise side stated that they are willing to share some technical course content with college teachers, promoting the alignment of classroom standards with those of enterprises. They will also incorporate the latest industry concepts into the entire process of talent cultivation through various forms such as training weeks and enterprise lectures, helping students enhance their practical abilities and employment competitiveness.

This negotiation has established a communication bridge between the art college and the leading enterprises in the industry, expanding the channels for students' internships and employment.
