At the meeting, representatives from Haima Enterprise elaborated on the employment demands and recruitment models for positions such as makeup artists and photographers, emphasizing that the industry is currently in a golden recruitment period. The company is more inclined to cultivate professional talents who can stay with the company for a long time rather than just for short-term internships. The two parties also discussed the feasibility of setting up a marine biology business point on campus and introducing real case teaching from enterprises.
