To deepen the collaborative cooperation between judicial authorities and universities, and to promote the integration of innovation in legal publicity and the cultivation of artistic talents, on October 14, 2025, Shi Chong, the head of the juvenile case handling team of Jinshan District People's Procuratorate, Tu Xiaojie, the prosecutor stationed in Zhangyan Town of Jinshan District, Gao Yanfeng from the Public Security Office of Zhangyan Town, and Zhou Xiye from the Justice Office of Zhangyan Town, made a special visit to the Art College for an exchange. Vice Principal of the school, Party Secretary of the Art College, Dai Hongmei, Vice Dean of the Art College, Fu Hongfeng, and the Youth League Secretary of the College, Zhang Delin, received them. The exchange meeting was held in Conference Room 101 of Building 5, and both sides discussed in depth under the theme of Deepening the collaboration between law and school, and expanding the scope of cooperation, focusing on exchanging opinions on issues such as the combination of legal publicity and artistic creation, and sharing resources for practical education. They jointly discussed new paths for the development of law-school cooperation.
At the meeting, Vice President Dai Hongmei welcomed the guests and introduced the college's professional layout, faculty, distinctive features of talent cultivation, as well as the achievements in artistic creation and social services in recent years. She emphasized the unique value of art in promoting the rule of law and building a legal culture, and pointed out that this cooperation would provide a practical platform for teachers and students and inject artistic vitality into legal publicity.
Subsequently, all parties put forward cooperation ideas: Shi Chong focused on legal education for minors, hoping to jointly develop legal courses and artistic works suitable for minors, and help minors establish a legal concept and enhance protection awareness through cultural and creative products, wall paintings, interactive experiences, and new media forms; Zhou Xiye and the college finalized the plan for the second "Law Nourishes Liuxi University Tour" in Zhangyan Town, proposing to build a legal culture-themed park with the help of the college's strength and encourage college students to participate in the construction of "Legal Zhangyan" and "Safe Zhangyan".
Through this symposium, both parties reached four consensus points: First, jointly develop legal-themed artistic works (including cultural products, short videos, and design projects); second, jointly hold campus legal culture festivals and thematic lectures; third, jointly establish practice bases, with judicial authorities providing internship platforms and the college providing artistic support; fourth, conduct joint research on legal culture and legal education for minors.
This exchange is an important practice for the collaborative education of law schools and the promotion of legal construction. In the future, both parties will refine the plans, promote the implementation of cooperation, achieve resource complementarity, and jointly promote the construction of a legal society and the cultivation of art talents.
